Booking works in two steps. The guest first sends a booking request, with no payment. The hosts accept or decline it by email. If it is accepted, the guest receives a secure payment link powered by Stripe and the booking is confirmed once payment is received. The dates are held for 48 hours from acceptance. Prices are in euros; the cleaning fee and any tourist tax appear in the price breakdown shown before the request is sent.

The cancellation terms applicable to your stay are communicated by the hosts when your request is accepted, before any payment.

The information entered in the request form (name, email, phone, country, message) is used only to process your request and manage your booking. It is hosted by Supabase, email notifications are sent via Resend and payments are processed by Stripe, which does not share your card details with the hosts. In accordance with the GDPR, you can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to the email address shown above.
